Livermore, CA July 31, 2014 – Adams Label Company announced its acquisition of Bonham Label Company, LLC, Located in Livermore, California on July 31, 2014. Bonham Label Company was founded in 1978 and employs 15 people. Bonham Label Company has a reputation for high-quality wine label printing and strong relationships with long-standing winery and agriculture customers. Bonham Label has also served other label printing companies that do not have the in-house capability of doing their own high decoration finishing such as foil stamping, multiple level embossing and unique individualized numbering.
Independently owned and operated by Jim Bonham, the company has excelled as a leading wine label and specialty printer to the label industry for 15 years. “The decision to sell Bonham Label to David Bowyer was a strategic effort to continue growing the business and ultimately provide a successful outlet for Adams Label Company to service the California wine and agricultural industry” Says Owner Jim Bonham.
