HALL St. Helena has announced details for the next installment of its popular culinary offering, A Taste of HALL, for Sunday, July 5th. The “Backyard BBQ, Wine Country Style”-themed workshop will feature all-star menu by Culinary Institute of America graduates and HALL Wine Educators Chris Quillen and John Pelham. The dynamic duo brings a fresh look at modern culinary technique blending studies in viticulture, advanced wine education studies, and with specialties in utilizing new age techniques in the kitchen.
The July 5th Menu includes:
- Grilled Endive Cup with Corn Salsa
- Grilled Vegetable Stack with Blueberry Chutney
- Grilled NY Strip Steak with Marinades Three Ways & Samashed Potatoes
- Pan con Chocolat
This engaging, educational workshop embraces the Napa lifestyle by matching culinary arts with winemaking excellence. Guests will embark on a unique culinary adventure that challenges their inner chef. Each monthly workshop features cooking demonstrations by acclaimed visiting chefs from the Bay Area.

3-course seasonal meal paired with new release HALL & WALT wines.
