Los Olivos Tasting Room Closes After 18 Years

Longoria LoungeJuly 19, 2016 – Richard Longoria Wines announces that their tasting room located at 415 E. Chestnut Avenue in Lompoc, CA is now open daily from 11:00 am to 4:30 pm.  The company has also closed its original tasting room in Los Olivos.  “After 18 years of hosting visitors at our downtown Los Olivos tasting room, the time has come to say goodbye to our little storefront,” says owner and winemaker Richard Longoria. “Since building our new winery and tasting room in Lompoc two years ago, it has been our goal to consolidate our retail sales and hospitality center at that location and we feel that now is the right time to make it happen.

“Business will continue as usual with our same friendly staff,” explains Diana Longoria.  “But instead of visiting a storefront, guests will now get a close up look at where our wines are actually made because the tasting room is right next door to the winery.”  The Longorias hope to offer more options to the tasting experience, especially during the harvest season.
