Yield: 1 cocktail, 4-oz
INGRIDIENTS
- Chilled champagne flute
- Piper Heidsieck Cuvée Brut Champagne, 4oz.
- Chilled passionfruit purée, ½ oz.
- Chilled ginger syrup, ½ oz.
- Chilled aperol, 1 oz.
- Red rose petal (garnish)
PROCESS
- Chill a champagne flute
- Fill with 4oz. Piper-Heidsieck
- Add chilled passionfruit purée, ginger syrup, and aperol. Gently stir.
- Top with a red rose petal.
