Relocating to a beautiful 10,000 square foot facility overlooking Paso’s East side allows this high-end boutique winery to expand production for custom crush clients.

October 19, 2017 (Paso Robes, Calif.) – After delighting customers in the Paso Robles’ Downtown area for the past few years, Lusso Della Terra (LDT Cellars) will be celebrating the 2017 harvest in a new, state-of-the-art winemaking facility located off the 46 East wine trails.

Talented Winemaker and Owner Ed Cholakian graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Enology, and went on to work for a variety of highly respected wineries including Cakebread Cellars, Chateau St. Jean, and Fetzer Vineyards. Cholakian has over 10 years of experience in crafting high-quality wines for everything from local wineries, to large, reputable grocery chains looking for custom blends. LDT Cellars will use the new facility to accommodate a larger volume of on-site custom crush and bottling needs while continuing to craft their own award-winning wines.

“This move will allow us to almost quadruple our production, as well as bring in new custom crush partners,” explains Cholakian. LDT Cellars offers a suite of solutions for the novice, first-time winemaker to the large-scale wholesaler. Their experienced enology team aids in negotiating prices on grape yields, selecting the year’s best fruit, creating the perfect blend and bottling with custom labels on an in-house bottling line.

While there are other options for custom crush and bottling in the area, few are catered to the boutique winemaker quite the way LDT Cellars is. Embodying the spirit of experimentation that is so rich on the Central Coast, LDT uniquely requires no barrel minimums for making wine with them. Therefore, impassioned individuals can experiment with new varietals in a low-cost and low-risk environment.

Alongside this unique offering, LDT Cellars is also open daily for tastings and included cheese pairings of over 6 mouth-watering varietals. They also serve lunch on property and encourage visitors to picnic in their outdoor patio area.
