Hospitality Professional Drew Munro Joins Dutton-Goldfield Winery

Drew MunroSebastopol, California, September 7, 2016 – Dutton-Goldfield Winery is excited to add Drew Munro to our team. Drew joins us as Tasting Room Manager, where he will oversee all operations of the tasting room, in addition to working within our community and with our neighborhood partners to further grow our consumer business. Drew was most recently the General Manager at Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg.

Drew became interested in wine while working in restaurants in Houston, Texas. He solidified his passion and started his connection with Sonoma County when he interned at Ramey Wine Cellars in 2005. After harvest, he began at Dry Creek Kitchen, where he was sommelier of an award-winning wine list for many years before taking on the role of General Manager in 2013. He has earned his Certified Sommelier certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers, and is studying for his Advanced-level certification. “Living in Sonoma County, interning at Ramey Wine Cellars, working for the great Charlie Palmer, and now working for Dan and Steve – two icons of the Sonoma County wine industry – has been a dream come true! I have been fan of Dutton-Goldfield wines for many years and I’m so honored to be a part of this great team.”

Dutton-Goldfield Winery is the partnership of grape grower Steve Dutton and winemaker Dan Goldfield.
