Jan. 17, 2018 – Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), the nation’s second largest wine and spirits wholesaler, was certified as a great workplace this week by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. RNDC earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys. More than 2,600 randomly selected RNDC associates were invited to participate in the survey with topics including work environment, culture, training and more. Of those that responded to the survey:
- Eighty seven percent said they are proud to tell others they work for RNDC.
- Eighty six percent said they feel good about the ways RNDC contributes to the community.
- Eighty three percent said they want to work for RNDC for a long time.
- Eighty three percent said they can be themselves at RNDC.
- Eighty three percent said they feel like they make a difference at RNDC.
