Industry Vets Matt Jackson and Ryan Jones To Lead the Western U.S.

July 18, Buellton, CA – Terravant Wine Company announced today the appointment of Matt Jackson to the role of West Coast Division Manager and Ryan Jones to the role of Southwest Regional Manager for the innovative, central coast-based wine company. The appointments are the first in a series of new hires planned to support the company’s expansion into the three-tier system.

“We’ve stated publicly that our vision is to be a top 15 supplier within 5 years,” notes Terravant CSO, Mike Jackson. “That means we need to assemble the best people, the best brands and the best distributor network to bring that to life. Matt and Ryan are an essential part of that.”

Matt Jackson brings over 20 years of regional sales management experience to Terravant. After cutting his teeth in the New York Metro and Mid-Atlantic Divisions of E&J Gallo, Matt went on to spend 17 years at Delicato Family Vineyards where he most recently served as Regional Sales Manager for Northern California and Hawaii. Ryan Jones, a certified 2nd level of the Master Sommelier Guild, delivers an additional 15 years of industry experience including recent stints in regional management roles at Vintage Wine Estates and Riedel Crystal. Prior to that, Ryan served 9 years in sales management at Delicato Family Vineyards.
