St. Helena, California (August 22, 2018) – Vineyard 29 announces that Eric Guerra has joined in the role of Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Eric brings more than 15 years of wine experience, having managed prestige luxury wineries and iconic mainstream brands.
“We are thrilled to have Eric join us in this role,” says Chuck McMinn, Vineyard 29’s owner. “He brings a new level of executive wine management to our winery that will help move our vision of Vineyard 29 to the next level.”
Eric will oversee all aspects of sales and marketing for the renowned luxury brand and winery, working closely with McMinn and a very experienced team and exceptional wine to further realize the winery’s vision.

Our plans are to have our coveted Estate wines reach a broader audience of luxury wine drinkers, expand our already impressive experience at the winery and extend the distribution of our breakout wine Cru Cabernet Sauvignon.”
Eric joins the Vineyard 29 team after leaving Terravant Wine Company, where he served as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for almost eight years. Previous positions include Director at Mumm Napa overseeing one of Napa Valley’s most visited wineries, Director of Brand Management at Allied Domecq Wines managing multiple wine and champagne brands including Gary Farrell and Perrier Jouët, and Brand Manager of the flagship brand at Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates.
In addition to his diverse background, Eric is a successful wine public speaker, fine wine investor and wine blogger, with a social media following of more than 50K. His channels “Reserve Tastings with Eric Guerra” focuses on connecting the wine consumers through travel and education.
After many years living in Healdsburg of Sonoma County, then Manhattan Beach of Los Angeles, Eric is happy to return once again to the heart of Northern California wine country. He lives in Napa with his fiancé, two-time Grammy nominated Blues Rock singer-saxophonist Mindi Abair, and his two teenage daughters.
