This Fall, LVMH will debut the fourth edition of its exclusive event, Les Journées Particulières, which provides a rare and special look inside LVMH’s most iconic Maisons.
The principle behind Les Journées Particulières remains unchanged: which is to offer the general audience the opportunity to discover behind-the-scene elements that give the LVMH houses their unique identity.
For the first time, Chandon California is thrilled to participate with an exclusive experience for the public to meet with the creative talents behind the award-winning sparkling wine!
Located in one of the most renowned wine regions and top luxury travel destinations in the country, Chandon California was founded in 1973, and considered a true pioneer as the first French-owned sparkling wine estate in Napa Valley.
From October 12th to October 14th, Chandon California invites you to join us at our winery in Yountville for a sparkling Grape-to-Glass Masterclass, hosted by Chandon’s award-winning wine team including Director of Winemaking, Pauline Lhote and Winemaker, Guillaume Desport. The experience will begin at the Visitor Center where guests will learn about the rich heritage of Chandon California.
The tour will then continue in the vineyard where the winemaking team will provide their unique insights and perspective into Chandon’s harvest season. Guests will have the opportunity to taste the grapes off the vine and have a rare preview of the still-based wines before they are blended, fermented and aged. After exploring the individual components that are used to craft Chandon’s wines, guests will head to a beautiful setting on the lawn overlooking Yountville, to enjoy a selection of specialty sparkling cocktails with a local mixologist, paired with gourmet treats and local produce.
Each session will host 12 guests and will be held at 10 am, 12.30 pm and 3 pm each day. Each experience will be 90 minutes and limited spaces are available. RSVPs will be accepted on Chandon.com starting September 25th.
