HOPLAND, CA – September 28, 2018.  “The Great Rosé Pairing for Harvest Holidays” Friday, October 19 at Jaxon Keys Winery and Distillery in Hopland, brings together a showcase of the best of Mendocino County’s winning rosé wines, pairing with a four-course gourmet dinner designed and prepared by students from The Culinary Program at Mendocino College, announces Experience Rosé cop-producers Craig Palmer and Allen Habel.

Presented in collaboration with Jaxon Keys Winery and Distillery and Mendocino Winegrowers, Inc., the one-night-only event kicks off the weekend of Destination Hopland’s freshly reframed Hopland Harvest Days October 20-21.  Participating wineries:  BARRA of Mendocino, Bee Hunter Wine, Brutocao Cellars, Domaine Anderson Winery, Graziano Family of Wines, Handley Cellars, Jaxon Keys Distillery and Winery, McNab Ridge Winery, Roederer Estate, Seebass, Yorkville Cellars.

“This will be a night of revelation and discovery” says Palmer. “We believe every day – whatever the season – pairs better with rosé, and these rich harvest holiday celebration menus bring a fresh and colorful new spectrum of flavors when paired with rosé wine.”

The evening begins with a Grand Tasting of still and sparkling rosé wine in the intimate and historic setting of Jaxon Keys’ Distillery. At 7 pm, guests move through to the Barrel Room for a four course gourmet dinner — each course paired with two different rosé wines.

Tickets, at just $85, are available now at experiencerose.com. For information, call 415.254.8658.
