Sonoma Valley Vintners & Growers Alliance Announces 2019 Board Leadership

SONOMA, CA (January 14, 2019) The Sonoma Valley Vintners & Growers Alliance (SVVGA), a non-profit trade association representing over 100 wineries and 140 grape growers in Sonoma Valley, announced new leadership and At-Large directors to the marketing organizations’ board of directors.

Prema Behan, Director of Operations of Three Sticks Wines and Head High Wines is the incoming President of the Board of Directors. Behan has been the Chair of the Marketing Committee during her two years on the board.

“I am excited to lead the organization at this time and work with our Board and Alliance members. We have great momentum going in to 2019 with the third year of Signature Sonoma Valley, the creation of the Sonoma Valley Vineyard Map by Vinous, and new marketing programs which will have great downline effects on the Sonoma Valley wine and grape growing industry and our community. We are building on key initiatives that reinforce Sonoma Valley as a world-class wine region,” said Behan.

Additional officers include Vice President Erich Bradley of Pangloss Cellars, Repris Wines, and Sojourn Cellars;  Treasurer Bill Hooper of Tyge William Cellars; and Secretary Lauren Benward Krause of Beltane Ranch. At-Large directors include Tim Zahner of the Sonoma Valley Visitors Bureau, Jennifer Buffo of Pure Luxury Transportation, and Quinn Arntsen of Farella Braun + Martel, LLP.
