MEET OUR PANELISTS

Shana Bull (formerly Shana Ray) is the owner and Digital Strategist at her own Digital Marketing Strategy Agency in Sonoma County. She is a lover of rosé, craft beer, and food adventures with her husband and redheaded (feisty) toddler. Shana works with wine, food, technology, consumer brands, marketing agencies and local businesses in Sonoma, Napa, Marin and San Francisco. She was recently named one of North Bay Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Professionals in the north bay area. She is a freelance writer, writing articles on music, social media, marketing, wine, lifestyle, food and drinks for travel websites, SonomaCounty.com, Wine Country Moms Blog, Sonoma Magazine and wine industry publications.

Dylan Elliott is into Social Media Strategy, E-Marketing, and Digital Media. At the Boisset Collection, he serves at Digital Marketing Specialist. He helps lead the forefront of marketing, E-marketing, E-commerce, and new technology solutions and insures we are doing everything possible to communicate and share the Boisset brands’ messages. Prior to his tenure at Boisset, Dylan served as Social Media & E-Marketing Strategist for the Crimson Wine Group and was Marketing Manager for Cartlidge & Brown.

Andrew Healy is Chief Social Officer at 3 rock marketing. He draws on his globally diverse experience and has used this to carve out a reputation for practical Social Media. He assists his clients at “3 rock marketing” to stay in touch with what’s happening in the Social Media sphere and to help them look great while they’re doing it. A native of Ireland, Andrew has worked in 5 countries and traveled in dozens more. He sees Social Media from the perspective of the business owner. His specialties include: Social Media (Training, Set Up, Strategy, Advertising, Output Management, Consultancy, Integration, Monitoring, Reporting, Event Coverage, Workplace Policies, Procedures & Guidelines, Risk and Crisis Management).

Megan Steffen is the Owner of Untapped Media and Burst Photo Booths. She’d love to say her career path was 100% intentional, but whose truly is? She started her career nowhere near marketing, but her first manager took a chance on a 21-year old who had a good work ethic. And then she fell in love with wine. She created the social media position within the company she worked for and ran the digital marketing for 14+ brands. Then she managed 9 wine brands at the next company, owning everything from writing content to managing ads to broadcasting programs and promotions to influencer marketing. She started Untapped Media in 2014 to provide businesses and brands with custom, branded stock imagery for their own asset libraries. No more buying that one stock image of the brunette holding a glass of red, ya know, the one everyone uses.
