Please join LAFFORT® and Jillian Johnson DeLeon, Technical Winemaker, for a discussion on aging tannins; what they are and when and why to use them. We will cover the different sources of aging tannins, the potential benefits to the wine, and how to conduct bench trials in a one hour webinar. The general outline:

About the presenter:

Jillian has a degree in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis and has been actively working as a winemaker since 2000 in South Africa, Australia and in California’s Central Coast. Jillian is the West Coast Sales Manager for LAFFORT® USA, traveling from Washington State to Santa Barbara working with LAFFORT® customers.
