The team behind Los Angeles’ successful LAWineFest heads south for the first Orange County event at the historic A Stone’s Throw Winery property in San Juan Capistrano, with charitable partner the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

The OCWineFest/LAWineFest team is excited to announce that tickets are now on sale for the upcoming luxe OCWineFest, produced by wine expert Dr. Joel M. Fisher, and his team of the seasoned veterans of LAWineFest, with 12 successful years in Los Angeles under their belts. The inaugural Orange County event will take place November 4 and 5 on the historic grounds of A Stone’s Throw Winery on Camino Capistrano in San Juan Capistrano, and will feature many Orange County-based winemakers, as well as wines from Greece, Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo and Solvang. There will also be a VIP charity dinner November 3 for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, more details to come. Tickets are $60 for general admission, and $90 for all access, which provides pours from very special boutique wineries, which have limited production and amazing wines. There is also a special price for designated drivers, who the team values highly. The DD price is just $25.

There will be wine tasting, food pairings, musical acts, wine education led by sommeliers, winemakers and experts. Below is an updated list of wineries and other partners. Supported by The SOMM Journal, CRN and Great Taste Magazine, the event will also feature wares by Blue Collection, Brandini Toffee, Jewelree Bar, Laguna Salt, and Sogno Toscano Tuscan. Bear Flag Fish Co. will be serving up its famous poke bowls and tacos, which pair perfectly with many of the wines poured. Of course, there will be free coffee for everyone, poured exclusively by Costa Mesa’s Thunderking Brewing. Below is a list of wineries confirmed thus far, with more on the horizon.

ABOUT A STONE’S THROW WINERY

In 2016 a group of former Marines and retired Marines formed a new partnership with Giracci Vineyards and Farms to establish A Stone’s Throw Winery.
